East Windsor
July 29
A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license.
Amber Coates, 21, of 11 Pleasant Lane, Suffield, is charged with: operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
July 30
Jonathan Kronick, 31, of 158 Brewster Road, Windsor, is charged with failure to drive in proper klane; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content.
August 1
Matthew Wezniak, 25, of 15 Beacon Terrace, Springfield, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace; second-degree threatening; and third-degree assault.
Lena C. Jackson, 25, of 125 Franklin Ave., 2nd Floor, Hartford, is charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear.
Samson M. Lubinsha, 57, of 26 Rector St,. East Hartford, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.
August 4
Ashley Reardon, 23, of 43 Nutmeg Ave., Enfield, is charged with: evading responsibility _ injury or property damage.
David M. Velez Jr., 29, of 90 Newington Rd., West Hartford, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.
Michael P. Islieb, 35, of 387 Hartford Road, Manchester, is charged with: criminal violation of a protective order _ family.
August 5
Chelsea R. Cassano, 20, of 4 Grove St., East Windsor, is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

July 29
Joshua Gennaro, 23, of 55 Douglas St., Bloomfield, is charged with: third-degree assault and third-degree breach of peace.
July 30
Johnny Brown Jr., 43, of 35 Shad Road, Enfield, is charged with: violation of a protective order; and interfering with an officer.
