The following arrest reports, provided by the East Windsor Department, are accurate as of July 22, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

July 17

Craig M. Powell, 36, of  293C North Road, is charged with:  second-degree breach of peace.

Elizabeth I. Powell, 26, of  293C North Road, is charged with:  second-degree breach of peace.

A 17-year-old juvenile is charged with: speeding more than 60 mph but less that 85 mph; and failure to drive right _ except wide load vehicle.

July 17

Candice S. Walter, 44, of 52 Thrall Rd., East Windsor, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content; failure to obey stop sign; failure to drive right _ except wide load vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license.
 
July 19

William Paraison, 36, of 49 N. Main St., East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Denise M. Villani, 46, of 4 L Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Frank C. Wien II, 22, of 111 Brewster Rd., Enfield, is charged with: reckless driving; second-degree criminal mischief; and second-degree criminal mischief.

July 20

Jordan Marsh, 25, of 499 King St., Enfield, is charged with: 10 counts of theft of a firearm.

Jason J. Myslenski, 25, of 90 Prospect Hill Rd., East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle.

July 21

Samantha M. Dagesse, 21, of 46 N. Water St, East Windsor, is charged with: sixth-degree larceny _ from a building; interfering with an officer; simple trespass; and third-degree criminal mischief.

Zachary A. Ramsdell, 23, of 28 Bess Rd., Enfield, is charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
