East Windsor
January 21
Edward T. Martineau, 42, of 45 Daro Road, Enfield, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content.
January 23
Jonathan P. Kadish, 30, of 432 Main Street, Floor 1, Suffield, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content; and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.
Julio A. Fernandez, 22, of 82 McKee Street, East Hartford, is charged with: four counts of second-degree sexual assault _ consensual under age; and four counts of risk of injury to, or impairing morals of, children _ sexual contact.
Jose Nunez, 26, of 1053 Tolland Street, East Hartford, is charged with: two counts of second-degree sexual assault _ consensual under age; and two counts of risk of injury to, impairing morals of, children _ sexual contact.
January 24
Michael Erickson, 23, of 270 Jackson Road, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended or revoked.
January 25
Edwin Cosme, 31, of 11G Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.
January 26
David M. Johnson, 24, of 1010 Canyon Ridge Drive, Apt. 1010, East Windsor, is charged with: speeding; more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.
Windsor Locks
January 24
Robert Warren, 34, of 195 Southwest Avenue, Windsor Locks, is charged with: second-degree threatening; and disorderly conduct.
January 25
Josue Rodriguez, 26, of 27 Amity Street, Hartford, is charged with: reckless driving; failure to have a window tint sticker; interfering with an officer; breach of peace; and possession of less than 1/2 ounces of marijuana.
