Police Blotter: January 13-20

The following arrest reports, provided by the East Windsor Police Department, are accurate as of January 20, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

 

East Windsor

January 13

Juvenile, 17, charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content; failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated; uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia; and possession or control of less than a half ounce of cannabis material.

Robert W. Sumner, 50, of 581 Park Avenue, Bloomfield, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content; failure to drive in proper lane; and disobeying the signal of an officer.

January 14

Eddie A. Figueroa, 43, of 27 Vinton Street, Springfield, is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license.

Geoffrey Montstream, 50, of 111 Phelps Road, East Windsor, is charged with operating under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content; failure to drive in the proper lane; operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked; operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.


January 15

Minu Yi, 31, of 185 Turkey Hills Drive, East Granby, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Joaquin Repollett, 36, of 10 Town House Road, Apt. G, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

Paul Norman, 61, of G8 Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

Jeffrey G. Curtis, 52, of  170 Prospect Hill Road, East Windsor, is charged with: driving under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content.

January 16

Michael Schoeplein, 47, of 6A Country Squire Drive, Cromwell, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph but less that 85 mph.

January 18

Glendalys Nieves, 29, of 4 Hummingbird Lane, Enfield, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Juvenile ,17, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph; and passenger restriction got 16/17 year old age, 3 months to 6 months.

January 19

Christopher Langan, 25, of 46 Oak Street Extension, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license is suspended or revoked; and failure to return suspended/cancelled license or registration.

David M. Krupienski, 29, of 50 Church Street, East Windsor, is charged with: operating motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and traveling unreasonably fast.

Angela M. Ginty, 34, of Mill Pond Road, Apt. B12, East Windsor, is charged with: two counts of injury, risk of injury, impairing morals of children; third-degree assault; and second-degree breach of peace.
