The following arrest reports, provided by East Windsor and Windsor Locks police departments, are accurate as of February 10, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

 

East Windsor

February 3

Gary R. Cote, 21, of 5 Church Street, Apt. A, East Windsor, is charged with: interfering with an officer; second-degree breach of peace; second-degree assault; and second-degree threatening.

Jerome M. Randolph, 23, of 5 Church Street, Apt. B, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment; and second-degree breach of peace.

Joanina E. Sandone, 25, of 5 Church Street, Apt. B, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment; and second-degree breach of peace.

Joseph A. Stocker, 20, of 118 Abbe Road, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle; operation by a person under 21, with blood alcohol content greater than 0.20 percent; engaging in a pursuit; reckless driving; and improper use of a marker/registration/license.

February 4

Brian T. Harrington, 37, of 374 Scantic Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content.

February 5

Young Shin, 64, of 19 Skyline View Road, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

Aaron R. Helmer, 25, of 23 Barber Hill Road, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

February  7

August T. Phillips Jr., 51, of 48 E. Dudley Town Road, Bloomfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license is suspended or revoked; failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration; and speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Sharon A. Trainor, 51, of 61 S. Main Street, East Windsor, is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Daniel Glynn III, 53, of 346 Robbins Avenue, Newington, is charged with: third-degree assault; and disorderly conduct.

February 8

Ryan Churilo, 21, of 22 Plum Lane Apt. Ext., East Windsor, is charged with: third-degree assault; and disorderly conduct.

Opal S. Bailey, 27, of 2616 Dry Creek Drive, Huntsville, Alabama, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to carry registration/insurance card.

Jaime L. Lillibridge, 25, of 25 Cottage Green, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; failure to carry registration/insurance card; and failure to obey control signal.

February 9

James E. Hughes, 21, of J21 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with: first-degree sexual assault; and risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, children _ sexual contact.

Colin M.J. Chute, 36, of  78 Raffia Road, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of  liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content; and failure to drive in proper lane.


Windsor Locks

February 3

Matthew Santaniello, 26, of Enfield, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; and second-degree threatening.

Christopher Wild, 43, of 175 Old County Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with: second-degree unlawful restraint; disorderly conduct; second-degree threatening; and interfering with an emergency call.

Juvenile, 14, of Windsor Locks, is charged with: possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juvenile, 15, of Windsor Locks, is charged with: possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a narcotic; and failure to keep narcotic in original container.

February 6

Howard E. Harmening Jr., 54, of 4 Arbor Lane, Windsor Locks, is charged with: second-degree unlawful restraint; disorderly conduct; and second-degree threatening.

Jody Maney, 36, of 498 Spring Street, Windsor Locks, is charged with: third-degree assault; risk of injury to a minor; disorderly conduct; and second-degree reckless endangerment.
