Tamera Kress, 22, of 15 Preston Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Lisa A. Serrano, 35, of 33 Herman Way, South Windsor, is charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level.

Roy Ehlinger, 48, of 856 East St. N, Suffield, is charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Matthew Griffin, 25, of 705 Griffin Road, South Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle while license suspended, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended.

Russell Bergeron, 51, of 219 Fairway Drive, East Windsor, is charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

Lucille Minor, 41, of 219 Fairway Drive, East Windsor, is charged with two counts of second-degree breach of peace.

Brian Lowder, 31, of 3 Fox Hill Lane, Enfield, is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level, and failure to drive in proper lane.

Stewart McKechnie, 31, of 33 Cemetery Road, East Windsor, is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level, reckless driving, carrying a dangerous weapon, and weapon in a motor vehicle.

Kyle Bittner, 47, of 175 Addison Road, Granby, is charged with two counts of violating a restraining order, and one count of second-degree harassment.

March 2

Michael Harris, 30, of 313 Cornwall St., Hartford, is charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, violation of a protective order, breach of peace and four counts of risk of injury to a minor.
