Brian A. Rabbett, 19, 23 Mill Pond, Apt. K, East Windsor, was
charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content.

Tracy Boggio, 50, 90 Main St., Apt. 19, East Windsor, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content.

Dec. 26

Justin Boucher, 25, 8 Apache Road, East Hartford, was charged with improper use of a marker/registration/license, operating motor vehicle without insurance and operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle.

Dec. 27

Brendan Rogowski, 35, 232 South Water St., Apt. G7, East Windsor, was charged with failure to drive right for wide-load vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor/drug/elevated blood alcohol content and failure to keep a narcotic in original container.

Dec. 22

Randy Simpson, 24, 265 Green Manor Terrace, Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to appear in court.

Dec. 24

Shawn Sullivan, 21, no known address, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.
