Amanda Dagneau, 19, of 9 Main St., South Windsor, is charged with speeding motor vehicle other than trucks.

Sulaika R. Atkinson, 32, of 9F Townhouse Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating with unsafe tires; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content.

Jeffrey Derosier, 37, of 23b Mill St., East Windsor, is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

A 17-year-old juvenile is charged with: third-degree burglary; fourth-degree larceny; third-degree burglary; and second-degree criminal mischief.
