Ortiz V. Williams, 53, of 23 April Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content; and failure to drive in proper lane.

David M. Lanier, 21, of 74 Sharon Drive, South Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended; and failure to return suspended/canceled license.

Alishkumar R. Garala, 25, of 110 Oakridge Drive, Windsor Locks, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Donald A. Cote, 45, of 156 North Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended; operating a motor vehicle while license suspended; operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and failure to return suspended license and registration.

Nicholas LaRusso, 33, of 12 Fairview Street, Windsor Locks, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace; second-degree reckless endangerment; and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Charles Dzurenka, 45, of 53 S. Center Street, Windsor Locks, is charged with: disorderly conduct.
