The following arrest reports, provided by the East Windsor and Windsor Locks police departments, are accurate as of September 2, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

East Windsor

August 26

Ricardo Baez, 2, of 33 Racebrook Road, East Hartford, is charged with: operating/towing an unregistered motor vehicle; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

August 27

Tracy A. Robinson, 30,  of 13 Emily Road, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

Laura R. McIntosh, 25, of 24A Depot Street, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace.

August 28

John Abrams, 37,  of 702 Church Street, Newington, is charged with: third-degree assault; second-degree unlawful restraint; and second-degree breach of peace.

Chelsea Wilson, 20, of E-27 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace; and third-degree criminal mischief.

August 29

Hector Munoz, 24, of 50 Brookline Avenue, Springfield, Mass., is charged with first-degree failure to appear.

Alisha Pisano, 29, of 33 Wildflower Lane, Agawam, Mass., is charged with: failure to keep narcotic in original container; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession control of a narcotic substance.

Andrew Strauch, 19, of 191 Farmstead Road, South Windsor, is charged with: evading responsibility _ injury or property damage; and failure to drive in proper lane.

August 30

Todd Porter, 20, of 20 Pheasant Hill Drive, Enfield, is charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Ernesto Atkins, 29, of 950 Asylum Avenue, Apt. #405, Hartford, is charged with: injury or risk of injury to, or impairing morals of, children; sixth-degree larceny _ by shoplifting; and leaving a child unsupervised in a public place.

Tasha T. Whittingham, 31, of 950 Asylum Avenue, Apt. #405, Hartford, is charged with: injury or risk of injury to, or impairing morals of, children; sixth-degree larceny _ by shoplifting; and leaving a child unsupervised in a public place.

August 31

Gregory J. Pinto, 28, of 14 David Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph; and failure to carry registration/insurance card.

September 1

Silvia Davila, 47, of 3D Townhouse Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license; operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Tommy Abatayo, 30, of 123 Main Street, Apt. D, Enfield, is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Paul P. Hasiuk, 32, of 1 Wilson Court, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Barbara Hasiuk, 52, of  1 Wilson Court, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle without insurance; operating /towing an unregistered motor vehicle; and violation of exhaustion emission standards.

Windsor Locks

August 27

William Perez, 21, of 20 Putnam Court, Hartford, is charged with: reckless driving; operating a motor vehicle without insurance; and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

August 31
Benjamin Rand, 19, of 43 Arlington Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with: violation of probation.

September 1

Gable Johnson, 19, of 12 Greenland Street, Windsor Locks, is charged with: possession of  drugs with intent to sell with 1,500 feet of a school; illegal possession of marijuana; illegal cultivation of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school; and fifth-degree larceny.

Ashishkumar Patel, 25 of 125 Old County Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with second-degree breach of peace; and two counts of risk to a minor.

September 2

Jason McPheat, 33, of 427 Halfway House Road, Windsor Locks, is charged with: second-degree breach of peace; interference with police; and refusal to be fingerprinted.
