The following arrest reports, provided by East Windsor and Windsor Locks police departments, are accurate as of August 31, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

 

East Windsor

August 24

Karen McGraw, 51, of 19 Scantic Meadow Road, South Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content; failure to drive a reasonable distance apart; and operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle.

August 26

Juvenile, is charged with disorderly conduct.

August 27

Kevin Touhey, 59, of 26 Grove Street, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree failure to appear.

August 29

Laura V. Glomb, 53, of41 W. School Street, West Springfield, Mass., is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Shaquashia Williams, 26, of 8C Riverview Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: traveling unreasonably fast; and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Emily M. Lucia, 19, of 8 Schanck Road, East Windsor, is charged with: third-degree assault; assault on a public safety official; interfering with an officer; two counts of  second-degree criminal mischief; interfering with an emergency call; and second-degree breach of peace.

August 30

Charles D. Sharpe, 28, of 107 Leffoll Boulevard, South Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Yves A.  Downey, 51, of 26 Deerfield Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: disorderly conduct.

Windsor Locks

August 25

Donald Sawyer, 49, of 523 Ash Drive, Windsor Locks, is charge with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence; and reckless driving.

August 26

David Seibert, 59, of 55A Muse Way, Tiverton, R.I., is charged with: third-degree assault; and breach of peace.

Daniel Minninger, 43, of 7451 Windermere way, Hixson, Texas, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence; and reckless driving.
