August 26

Juvenile, is charged with disorderly conduct.

August 27

Kevin Touhey, 59, of 26 Grove Street, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree failure to appear.

August 29

Laura V. Glomb, 53, of41 W. School Street, West Springfield, Mass., is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Shaquashia Williams, 26, of 8C Riverview Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: traveling unreasonably fast; and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Emily M. Lucia, 19, of 8 Schanck Road, East Windsor, is charged with: third-degree assault; assault on a public safety official; interfering with an officer; two counts of  second-degree criminal mischief; interfering with an emergency call; and second-degree breach of peace.

Charles D. Sharpe, 28, of 107 Leffoll Boulevard, South Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Yves A.  Downey, 51, of 26 Deerfield Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: disorderly conduct.
