Eric A. Resto, 26, of 15 Wildwood Ave., Apt. #2, Waterbury, is charged with: second-degree harassment.

Carol M. Johnston, 51, of 20 Skinner Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content; and failure of driver making left turn to grant right of way to oncoming traffic.

Dominick Colon, 26, of 6D Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with: reckless driving and failure to drive in right lane.

Thomas Reynolds, 48, of 40 Broad Brook Road, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.
