Steven Viveiros, 41, of 1 Edmund Lane, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content.

Dashana Rush, 33, of 278 Maple Avenue, Hartford, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended; and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Kathleen Edge, 52, of 126 Rockville Road, East Windsor, is charged with: failure to drive  right; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content.

Jessica F. Brown, 27, of 16 Dejordy Lane, Chicopee, Mass. is charged with second-degree breach of peace_ by assault; and third-degree criminal mischief.

John I. Kracen, 29, of 10 Roberts Road, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol content; speeding infraction motor vehicle other than trucks; and failure to drive in proper lane.

Joey J Serrano Sr., 36, of  137 W. Main Street, Vernon, is charged with: failure to drive a reasonable distance apart; operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration; and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.

Carmen Perez, 24, of F5 Town House Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle; and violation of exhaust emission standards.

Jessica F. Brown, 27, of 16 Dejordy Lane, Chicopee, Mass. is charged with second-degree breach of peace_ by assault; and third-degree criminal mischief.

Jorge  Gallo, 46, of 59 Mill Pond Road, Apt. F-32, East Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph; and operating a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle without a license.

Tyler C. Cunningham, 19, of 4 Autumn Drive, Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drug/liquor/elevated blood alcohol content; and speeding infraction motor vehicle other than trucks.
