Gaylor, 45, of 202 Fairway Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level; operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration; and failure to drive in proper lane.

StacyAnn Barrett, 28, of 523 Zion St, Hartford, is charged with: failure to drive in proper lane; criminal attempted first-degree assault; reckless driving; and engaging in a pursuit.

April 27

Devon E. Geathers, 24, of T27 Mill Pond Village, East Windsor, is charged with: two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Timothy P. Kolaczenko, 21, of 19 King St., Enfield, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended or revoked; and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.

Jonathon A. Dirgo, 22, of 262 High Path Road, Windsor, is charged with: second-degree stalking.

Matthew R. DiPinto, 21, of 237 Main St., Apt. A, East Windsor, is charged with: two counts of second-degree larceny _ auto theft; second-degree reckless endangerment; injury or risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of, children; two counts of third-degree criminal mischief; and two counts of sixth-degree larceny _ of auto parts.

Christopher D. Frechette, 29, of 96 Phelps Road, East Windsor, is charged with: reckless driving.

Mark Morin, 26, of 279 Elm St., Windsor Locks, is charged with: possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

A 17-year-old juvenile is charged with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana and misuse of a highway by a pedestrian.
