Police Blotter: April 15-21

The following arrest reports, provided by the East Windsor Police Department, are accurate as of April 21, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

April 15

Zacharia Sheehan, 19, of 835 Gilead St., Hebron, is charged with: possession of  less than four ounces of marijuana; uses or possesses to use drug paraphernalia; and possession of liquor underage.

Joseph C. Ferrentino, 21, of 10 Bent Tree Lane, East Longmeadow, Mass, is charged with: speeding infraction in a motor vehicle other than a truck.

Victor A. Rivera, 26, of 170 Ludlow Road, Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.

Marcos Alvarado, 27, of 101 High St., Holyoke, Mass., is charged with: reckless driving.

April 17

Saul Hernandez, 27, of 248 Plain Drive, East Hartford, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level.

Randy R. Simpson, 23, of 12B Riverview Drive, is charged with: criminal violation of a protective order _ family.

Eric J. Matava, 21, of 9 George Drive, Vernon, is charged with: improper use of a marker/registration/license; operating a motor vehicle without insurance; operating/towing unregistered motor vehicle; and failure to obey stop sign.

Kevin Alexander, 26, of 12 Woolam Road, East Windsor, is charged with: disorderly conduct.

April 18

Matthew R. DiPinto, 21, of 237 S. Main St., East Windsor, is charged with: third-degree criminal trespass; and third-degree burglary.

April 19

Charles O. Mensah, 53, of 101 Rockville Road, is charged with: disorderly conduct.

Hussam Sadda, 32, of 740 Governors Highway, South Windsor, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less that 85 mph.

Maria Bonaparte, 20, of 40 N. Main St., East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree robbery; two counts of sixth-degree larceny; second-degree threatening; third-degree assault; two counts of injury or risk of injury to, or impairing the morals of children; and two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Nichole Sawyer, 33, of 43C Main St., Tariffville, is charged with: injury or risk of injury to, or impairing morals of children; and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Fredrick G. Klee, 56, of 294 S. Main St., Apt #12, is charged with: criminal violation of a restraining order.

Jeffrey Gifford, 42, of  29 Sapphire St., Enfield, is charged with: operating a vehicle under the influence of  liquor/drugs/elevated blood alcohol level; evading responsibility _ injury or property damage; traveling unreasonably fast; failure to drive a reasonable distance apart; and interfering with an officer.

Amber N. Carder, 21, of 114 Rivers Ave., Apt. 2, Chicopee, Mass., is charged with: third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Joshua A. David, 33, of 230 S. Water St., Apt. H1, East Windsor, is charged with: disorderly conduct.

April 20

Timothy M. Stanat, 22, of 25 East Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; operating motor vehicle without insurance; and failure to return suspended/canceled license or registration.

Kelle E. McDougal, 25, of 69 Brook St., South Windsor, is charged with: second-degree failure to appear.
