East Windsor
April 14
Donna Burns, 63, of 18 Allen Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: second-degree failure to appear.
Andrew Fredette, 22, of 23 Clover Lane, East Hartford, is charged with: speeding, more than 60 mph but less than 85 mph.
April 15
Joseph H. Etter, 57, of 36 Austin Circle, South Windsor, is charged with: failure to drive right; and operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor/drugs/elevate blood alcohol content.
April 16
Nathan Arrowsmith, 21, of 9 Morris Road, East Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to obey a stop sign.
April 17
Kerri Mankus, 24, of 60 Winthrop Road, Windsor, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and failure to obey a stop sign.
April 18
Angel L. Cortes, 30, of 45 Olmsted Street, East Hartford, is charged with: operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked; and violation of emission standards (first offense).
April 19
Charlene Geer, 21, of 2 Prospect Hill Drive, East Windsor, is charged with: risk of injury to, or impairing morals of, children.
Alfonzo Rochelle, 55, of 4 Weymouth Road, Enfield, is charged with: use of hand-held mobile telephone and electronic devices; and operating a motor vehicle while registration/license suspended or revoked.
