Manchester Police Blotter: Oct. 12 - Oct 14

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of October 15, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 12

Bennie White Jr., no age given, of 59 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. White was arrested for damaging property during an argument with girlfriend and live-in mother in law.

Wayne A. Uriano, no age given, of 6 Evans Rd., Rocky Hill, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with a suspended registration, and second-degree failure to appear in court. Suspect was arrested on a traffic stop for suspended registration and also had FTA warrant and crack pipe.

Tyhesha S. Taylor, no age given, of 360 Oakland St. Apt 7A, Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Taylor created a disturbance in the lunch room by threatening a cafeteria employee for disrespecting her 8-year-old daughter the day before; the threat was made in front of children. 

Brandon I. Serrano, no age given, of 23 Pearl st, Manchester, was charged wit third-degree larceny, drinking while operating a motor vehicle, and possession of illegal drugs. Serrano was arrested for possession of a stolen shotgun and stolen items.

Luis D. Torres, no age given, of 100 E. Center St., Manchester, was arrested for stealing a shotgun and car burglaries.

October 13

Jose R. Pineiro, no age given, of no current address was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. Jose was stopped by PD for starting a fire in bocce pit in Confer Park. Jose left the scene and was located in library.

Garrett M. Andrade, no age given, of 7 Massaco Lane, Windsor, was charged with 2second-degree breach of peace. Garrett and Everett Walcott got into a physical fight at 191 Spencer St.

Everett E. Wolcott, no age given, of 132 Edgerton St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, and violation of a protective order. Everett and Garrett Andrade got into a physical fight. Everett broke a mirror off a vehicle.

Valentin Arias, no age given, of 68 Mckinley St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right. Arias was arrested after a witness called reporting eratic operation. Suspect failed SFSTs and refused chemical testing.

October 14

Peter J. Finnegan, 21, of 22 Norman St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint. Suspect was involved in a physical confrontation with his girlfriend. He was arrested and held on a $10,000 bond.

Brandon J. Belekewicz, no age given, of 42 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, and risk of injuery to a child. Brandon was arrested after getting into a physical altercation with his fiance's ex-husband in front of their small children.

"of no current address" this is the new way of saying "listed as homeless"?

Hi Frank, Not necessarily. The individual could be in transition or sometimes that is how police will list an address if they're not able to determine an individual's permanent address. Best, Megan
