The kitchen gutted a small kitchen in 10 Thompson Road.

Firefighters extinguished a small fire in a warehouse in the East Windsor Industrial Park Tuesday afternoon.

Chief James Barton said the fire department was called to the fire at Tams Trading Food Distributors, 10 Thompson Road, about 3:09 p.m. The fire was in a small kitchen and was quickly knocked down by the first engine company that arrived on the scene.

Barton said the kitchen was gutted by the fire and some smoke damage was done to a nearby lounge area.  No one was injured in the incident, he said.
