East Windsor Police Log for July 19 - 25

James Manning, 36, of Enfield, was charged on July 23 with interfering with and officer.

Joseph Parlapiano, 31, address unknown, was charged on July 22 with burglary in the third degree, larceny in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Chester Barnes, 49, of 144 Wells Road, was charged on July 22 with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree.

David Phillip Villone, 24, of 294 S. Main St., was charged on July 22 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Michael Wagner, 26, of Ellington, was charged on July 21, with violation of probation.

Emilio Burgos, 32, of Windsor Locks, was charged on July 21 with cruelty to animals.

Anthony Velez, 25, of Puerto Rico, was charged on July 21, with burglary in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.

Julia Marshall, 27, of Enfield, was charged on July 21 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Kimberly Jean Sarafapoulos, 43, of 123 Main St., Apt. B1, was charged on July 20 with burglary in the third degree and conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree.

Marcus Antonio Noguera, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was charged on July 20 with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without a license and evading responsibility.

Darlene Rinaldi, 51, of Enfield, was charged on July 20 with disorderly conduct.

Consolacion Pastore, 70, of Windsor Locks, was charged on July 19 with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Winslow Ray Faulk, 42, of Hartford, was charged on July 19 with failure to appear in the second degree.
