East Windsor Police Log for Aug. 15 - 23

Courtney Rose LeBlanc, 22, of Springfield, MA, was charged on August 15 with sixth-degree larceny.

Jason Brooks, 39, of Springfield, MA, was charged on August 15 with forging/altering a prescription.

David Lee Anderson, 31, of 27 Pleasant Street, Apartment A-6, was charged on August 15 with second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than half an ounce cannabis material.


Erica Jayne Flagg, 34, of Broad Brook, was charged on August 16 with first-degree criminal damage to landlord's property.

Francisco Obregon, 60, of Enfield, was charged on August 16 with third-degree assault and first-degree criminal trespass.

Cecilia Stone, 47, of Ellington, was charged on August 17 with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane. 

Dominique Xavia Oree, 26, of Hartford, was charged on August 18 with second-degree breach of peace.

Zachary E. Ciechowski, 18, of 53B Bridge Street, was charged on August 18 with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. 

Eric Charles Carey, 28, of Enfield, was charged on August 19 with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

Amanda Rothkugel, 20, of Enfield, was charged on August 19 with conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree.

Felipe de Jesus Perez, 36, of 309 Scantic Road, was charged on August 19 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and strangulation in the second degree.
