Nov. 9

Bernard B. Lancaster, 47, of 23 Alden Ave., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Nov. 10

Niko J. LeBlanc, 22, of 235 S. Water St., Apt. E3, East Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Nov. 13

Amanda Catherine Mackey, 23, of 50 Third St. Apt. #1, Waterford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 14

Amanda Spencer, 21, of 216 S. Water St. Apt. A, East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct.

James Gill, 39, of 6 Evansville Ave., Apt. 12, Meriden, was charged with illegal use of credit card and sixth-degree larceny.

Nov. 16

Tequan Malik Colvin, 19, of 59 Mill Pond Rd., Apt. Q36, East Windsor, was charged with violation of probation.
