Andrew Allman, 45, of 37 Rockville Rd., East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a DWI call on Bridge St., 4:31 p.m.

Lorenzo B. Hernandez, 19, of 123 Main St., Warehouse Point, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a breach of peace call on Bridge St., 1:11 a.m.

Mina Dawkins, 50, of 8-G Townhouse Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a breach of peace call on Townhouse Rd., 5:08 p.m.
