Nina Elizabeth Pawlus, 25, of 9 Birch St., East Windsor, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

William T. Meo, 55, of 24 Tumblebrook Dr., South Windsor, was arrested and charged with failure to drive in proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nov. 17

William Jones, 35, of Mill Pond Road, Apt. R22, East Windsor, was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Nov. 18

Barbara A. Pellegrini, 58, of 83 Scantic Road, East Windsor, was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Jennifer Alexandra Ibarra, 25, of 52 Alyce Terr., Waterbury, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Nov. 19

Cheryl Provencher, 47, of 772 East St., Suffield, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Nov. 20

Taunya M. Jenkins, 44, of 2100 Stanley St. Apt. 305, New Britain, was arrested and charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Brian J. LaGasse, 20, of 103 Copper Lane, Apt. 26, Stafford, was arrested and charged with second-degree robbery, third-degree assault and sixth-degree larceny.

Rafael Figueroa-Quinones, 39, of 49 Marshall Road, Rocky Hill, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Liza O'Brien, 33, of 9 Brook St., East Longmeadow, MA, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny

Didier Alvarez, 39, of 35 Columbus St., Manchester, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

Nov. 22

Ernest K. Holmes, 42, of 346 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield, was arrested and charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jayne Erica Flagg, 33, of 147B Main St., Broad Brook, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and diving without insurance.

Dallas Wesley Hosmer, 22, of N24 Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.
