Dec. 21

Michael Duff, 20, of 120 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a breach of peace call at the Sky Diner on South Main St., 3:13 a.m.

Alexander G. House, 18, of 60 Wapping Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with 2nd-degree breach of peace and operating under the influence, in connection with a breach of peace call at the Sky Diner on South Main St., 3:13 a.m.

Dec. 22

Mark Chevalier, 37, of 39 Eastgate Ln., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic violation on Rolocut and North Rds., 1:56 a.m.

Krista Watkinson, 28, of 158 East St., Stafford Springs, was charged with 5th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Walmart on Prospect Hill Rd., 1:16 p.m.

Dec. 24

Lisa J. Chaleki, 48, of 84 S. Onota St., Pittsfield, MA, was charged with 6th-degree larceny, in connection with a larceny call at Walmart on Prospect Hill Rd., 5:38 p.m.

Laurie A. Messina, 57, of 213 Adams Hill Way, East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a DWI call on Winkler and North Rds., 10:14 p.m.

Dec. 25

Candyce B. Ryan, 38, of 236 Adams Hill Way, East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to obey stop sign and operating under suspension, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on North and Rolocut Rds., 7:37 p.m.

Dec. 26

Sean M. Clifton, 25, of 24 Yosky Rd., East Windsor, was charged with using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, in connection with a criminal call on Yosky Rd., 11:35 p.m.
