April 19
Todd A. Gebo, Sr., 33, of 14 Shady Oak Dr., Enfield, was charged with 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree unlawful restraint, 2nd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree criminal mischief, on a warrant, 9:55 p.m.
April 20
Sean Pippin, 21, of 73 Middle Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with 1st-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 4:50 p.m.
April 23
Cynthia S. Herbert, 56, of 18 Mountainview Dr., Plainville, was charged with 2nd-degree threatening and 2nd-degree breach of peace, in connection with a call at Chestnut Point on Main St., 10:18 a.m.
April 24
Charles J. Griswold, 20, of 121 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a call on Wells Rd., 7:07 p.m.
