Agencies Investigate Chemical Spill
State and local agencies are investigating a chemical found Tuesday at a freight company.
State and local officials were investigating a chemical spill at freight company located on Ella Grasso Turnpike Windsor Locks.
Police Capt. Chester DeGray said he didn’t have information on what the chemical may be and that the state Department of Environmental Protection and the Windsor Locks Fire Department were on the scene.
WFSB Channel 3 News reports that a chemical powder was found at Rapid Express on Ella Grasso Turnpike near Choice Road.
