Spring is here

As a senior and an avid walker, it seems the RACE TRACK on Southwest Avenue and Denslow street is now OPEN.
It's unsafe to cross the street as cars do not stop for the stop signs
and travel at a very high rate of speed..the speed limit on Denslow is 30mph and Southwest is 25mph...my estimate is drivers are traveling at 40 to 50 mph. Another point is the motorcycles with very loud pipes
it's very easy for a police officer to check the pipes,  stamped on the pipes  it will read "FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY"
