Justice for Henry Dang

I was deeply touched by the Class of 2013’s Tribute to Henry Dang who still deserves Justice! The, then, Windsor Locks Police Commission (James Gaylord , Neal Cunningham,  George Hall,   Ed Lanati,  and Roger Nelson) allowed Chief John Suchocki Jr. to retire with a Pension from the Town of Windsor Locks  (3) days before the release of the Independent Investigation which was done by Frank Rudiwicz. Do they truly expect us, the Towns People, to believe that they had no knowledge of the scathing report that clearly showed that Chief Suchocki totally failed in his leadership role as Chief of Police? John Suchocki stated that he wanted a “Clean Investigation “ and ordered Windsor Locks Officers  not to get involved in the Accident Investigation  and just protect the Accident Scene . John Suchocki then failed to oversee the activities of the North Central Accident Reconstruction Team which he was the in charge of. He ignored the requirements of the law to make sure that a thorough and timely investigation was done! John Suchocki failed to ensure that the requirements for a DWI Arrest that results in a Death were met. I want the Dang Family, the Class of 2013,  the Towns People of Windsor Locks  and all concerned  people who care about JUSTICE to know that I and (2) others have filed a complaint with the Department of Justice and the FBI for Police Misconduct and Official Misconduct. newhaven@ic.fbi.gov

 If the, then, Windsor Locks Police commission (James Gaylord, Neal Cunningham, George Hall,   Ed Lanati, and Roger Nelson) chose to fire Sgt. Koistinen then why did they choose not to fire John Suchocki Jr. and pursue his arrest and prosecution. These men did not even choose to put a Letter of Reprimand in his file. AS THEY SAY,” SOMETHHING IS ROTTEN IN DENMARK.” The members of the Windsor Locks Police Commission are acting like the proverbial ostrich by placing their collective heads in sand and praying that Henry Dang and his Death will just fade away. Have you noticed that there was no further Press regarding the facts and circumstances of Henry’s Death when they talked about the Class of 2013 and Henry? Do you thing that this is just coincidence?

 JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED to honor The Life Henry Dang. I am asking you the Class of 2013, the Towns People of Windsor Locks and anyone else who believes in JUSTICE to join with me by asking the DOJ and the FBI to act on the complaint that is before. newhaven@ic.fbi.gov  I have tried to bring this matter to the attention of public on Patch.com (ignored) Local television stations (ignored), Local newspapers (ignored) It appears that those in power are choosing to “Shoot the Messenger and IGNORE the message.”   Please ask the current members of the Windsor Locks Police Commission to resign as 5 out of 6 still sit on the Board and believe that they are not accountable to you for their lack of action and their inaction as members of Police Commission .The sixth commissioner is not exactly truthful. Please e-mail them at wlpdchairman@windsorlockspolice.com. And ask them to resign. HOW CAN THE WINDSOR LOCKS POLICE DEPT. HAVE A NEW BEGINNING WHEN THESE SAME MEN (These members of the Good Ole Boys Club) and their underling Kevin Brace are making the decisions and attempting to mislead the Towns People of Windsor Locks regarding CRIME IN WINDSOR LOCKS? I am sure that every Chief would like to have more Officers, Training and Resources; Windsor Locks is no different than any other Town. We have our share Crime but not anymore than another small town. Chiefs and Police Commissioners can always say that they need more to be Proactive in fighting crime. However how much is enough?  When I moved to Windsor some thirty years ago I was told that the Pesci Park area was a rough neighborhood.   Recently a reader referred to as a BB (Brace Basher). I am sorry that you feel that way but how can you trust in Brace’s leadership when he at times is not forthcoming and truthful.

If you want to know about Serious Crime in Windsor Locks ask to see the UCR (Uniform Crime Report) for Windsor Locks... The violent crime category includes murder, forcible rape, robbery, and aggravated assault. Collectively, Property crimes include burglary, larceny-theft, and motor vehicle theft. Arson is also a property crime. As one of our new officers said, this is not like a big city with bid city crime. Here policing is more COMMUNITY ORIENTED.
