Weekday Public Skate at International Skating Center of Connecticut. ISCC is pleased to offer ice times throughout the week for public skating. All are welcome to come and skate at our full-service facility! Please check to verify session times as we may change or adjust session for special arena events. Thank You!

CONNECTIONS: A Storytime for Children with Autism at Enfield Central Library. Storytime for ages 3-6 running on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month, beginning February 14th and ending May 23rd @ 9:30 am This is a drop-in program. No pre-regisrtation is needed.

Alphabet Soup at The Farmington Public Library - Main. For a child alone. Have fun getting to know the ABC's! Join us for this early literacy program focusing on the alphabet..Children will be introduced to a different letter of the alphabet each week through stories, music, and a craft.

Tots and Tunes  at The Farmington Public Library - Main. Music and movement for children ages birth through three, accompanied by caregivers. Tots & Tunes is offered three times a week: Come as often as you like! No registration required.

Family Winter Survival Skills at Roaring Brook Nature Center! What do you do if you get lost in the woods in winter? Learn what basic supplies you may need to survive a night outdoors. Includes fire building and shelter construction. Dress for winter weather. Not geared for children under 9.

Kid Flight at Flight Trampoline Park. The whole park is open for kids 6 and under! Caregivers are allowed everywhere in Flight Trampoline Park except the Kiddie Court (for kids 46 " and smaller). Your kids will have fun and you'll all get a great workout!

Chocolate Factory Experience Tour of Fascia's Chocolates! Come to Fascia's Chocolates factory for a tour you won't forget! Check out the manufacturing process and learn how chocolate is made! Of course, you'll sample chocolate and even make your OWN chocolate bar! RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED.

Shark Dive Observation at the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk  The Maritime Aquarium's dive team spends quality time with the sand tiger sharks, lemon shark and other creatures. Thanks to a cool communication link, you can even talk with the divers while they're in the exhibit with the sharks!

Try Hockey for Free Day at the Rinks at Shelton! at SportsCenter of Connecticut. USA Hockey and over 400 local programs across the country will encourage kids, ages 4 to 9, to try youth hockey as part of Hockey Weekend Across America, presented by CCM. All locations have a limited amount of equipment available for use.

Lost Egypt: Ancient Secrets, Modern Science at the Connecticut Science Center!  You and your kids will journey thousands of years back in time to ancient Egypt! You'll see real mummies and ancient artifacts, dig for clues, build a pyramid, read ancient hieroglyphics and more - all at the CT Science Center!

Digging Dinosaurs at the Connecticut Science Center!  Dinosaur fans of all ages love to meet our very own roaring, moving, life-size Dilophosaurus. This animatronic wonder is stationed on the 6th floor near a brand new dino dig table. Make it a complete dino experience and see Sea Monsters 3D!

Happy Birthday, Dr.Seuss at the CT Historical Society!  Join us for a reading of Green Eggs and Ham in the Making Connecticut exhibit at the Connecticut Historical Society! After the story, kids can make their own Dr. Seuss-inspired craft to take home.

Sugar Shack Open House at Sweet Wind Farm in East Hartland! Visit Sweet Wind Farm and watch us turn sap into golden maple syrup when we are boiling! Sugaring season is typically from mid February till the first week of April, but the weather can't always be predicted. Call ahead to see if we are boiling.

Tickets must be purchased at the Pratt from now through Saturday March 1st. Each ticket holder will receive a special gift from us after the movie!!

Maple Sugaring in Your Own Back Yard at Roaring Brook Nature Center! Roaring Brook's annual demonstration teaches you how to make maple syrup the easy way! We’ll cover the entire process from identifying the tree to the best part – tasting the final product. It's delicious fun for your whole family!

Werner Wood Ranger Program at Roaring Brook Nature Center!  Interested in learning more about our local wild areas? Join the Werner Woods Rangers! We examine topics such as native plants; how to make and monitor bluebird houses; how to read animal tracks; tree identification; invasive plant removal and more!

Free First Sunday at the New Haven Museum. There's no admission at the New Haven Museum on the first Sunday of each month!
