Full Moon Hike at the Pratt Nature Center. Hike the lower fields at the Pratt Nature Center by the light of the full moon then warm up by the campfire with marshmallows! Don't forget your flashlights for this fun, free, outside activity perfect for the whole family.

Club Flight at Flight Trampoline Park. The lights go out and the lasers come on! Every Friday and Saturday Night from 9pm to 11pm. 14 and older only. Socks optional but shirts required! Your kids will have healthy fun!

Chalkboard at Blue Back Square. Chalkboard will perform a free, interactive concert at Blue Back Square in West Hartford! Bring your kids - they'll have a blast!

United Way 23rd Annual Day of Caring! at Imagine Nation Museum. The Imagine Nation Museum will be closed for the day!

Farm Day at Westmoor Park! Bring your kids to Westmoor Park in West Hartford for the annual Farm Day! Your family will have a blast with baby farm animals, hay rides, butter making, sheep shearing, games and MORE!!

Wool Fiber Fest and Sheep Shearing Demo at the Ellington Farmers Market! Bring your family to the Ellington Farmers Market for fresh food, amazing products, entertainment, demonstrations and more! It'll be a spectacular day in the great outdoors for you and your kids! *Sheep Shearing at 10!

West Hartford Center Farmers' Market. West Hartford Center Farmers' Market is located in the municipal parking lot located at the corner of Arapahoe Road and LaSalle Road. The Market features fruits, vegetables, maple syrup, flowers, cheese, jam and bread from Connecticut farms.

Kids Night Out at the New Britain Yourh Museum at Hungerford Park. Your kids will have a fun night at the New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park! Kids Night Out includes a delicious dinner, yummy snacks, animal encounters, crafts and MORE! Pre Registration is Required.

State Parks Appreciation Day! at DEEP - Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. As part of our CT State Parks Centennial Celebration, we invite everyone to volunteer on Saturday May 17, 2014, to help us prepare state parks for the busy season ahead. There are a variety of locations and activities to choose from!

Burlington Annual Shine On 5K Race/Walk/Kids Run! The Annual Shine On event in Burlington is comprised of a 5K road race, fitness walk, 1 mile Kids Fun Run and the Dolphin Dash for the youngest runners. It's a great event for your family to do something active, healthy and fun together!

Textile Arts Day at the Welles Shipman Ward House in South Glastonbury! at The Historical Society of Glastonbury. The Historical Society of Glastonbury will be dressed in their colonial best demonstrating 18th century crafts & trades. Take in demonstrations, participating in workshops, and learn about trades and crafts of early America.

Animal Demonstrations at The Children's Museum in West Hartford. Bring your kids to the Wildlife Sanctuary and the Main Exhibit Hall at the Children's Museum in West Hartford for live animal demonstrations!
