Adult and Toddler Cooking Class at Stew Leonard's in Newington: Earth Day! Join Stew Leonard's in Newington to celebrate planet Earth! We will prepare cookies with Oceanic Blue and Grassy Green dough as well as Buggy Cupcake Cones.

CONNECTIONS: A Storytime for Children with Autism at Enfield Central Library. Storytime for ages 3-6 running on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month, beginning February 14th and ending May 23rd @ 9:30 am This is a drop-in program. No pre-regisrtation is needed.

Tots and Tunes  at The Farmington Public Library - Main. Music and movement for children ages birth through three, accompanied by caregivers. Tots & Tunes is offered three times a week: Come as often as you like! No registration required.

73rd Annual Bristol Boys & Girls Club OM Show: Happy Days! at Imagine Nation Museum. The Bristol Boys & Girls Club Older Members Association presents our 73rd Annual OM Show!

Earth Day at Mill Woods Park in Wethersfield! at Wethersfield Parks and Rec. Celebrate and honor the Earth with your family by cleaning up our nature preserve. Remove litter from well-used trails and help with trail maintenance. All ages. Gloves, light tools and refreshments provided.

Youth Fishing Derby at Page Park in Bristol! at Bristol Parks and Rec. Visit Page Park in Bristol for an exciting morning of fishing family fun! Kids should bring their own fishing poles and legal bait. Prizes will be awarded for fishes caught throughout the morning. Coffee & Hot chocolate available for $1.00.

Kids Festival in the Park - 2014 in Ridgefield, CT at Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce. Kids Festival 2014 will feature activities for all ages including: Face-painting, Vendor Crafts and Amazing Inflatable Fun activities. A safe, fun and educational event for our children! Join the FUN!

 Family Portrait For Mom at the Lutz Children's Museum. Have your family portrait taken as a gift for Mother’s Day! Bring members of your family, including pets! Professional photographer John Garaventa will donate the sitting fee to the Lutz. You will receive one 5 X 7” photo in time for Mother’s Day.

Spring Flag Football, Soccer, Baseball Leagues  at i9 Sports. Flag football, soccer, and tee ball for kids ages 3-14. We will play an 8 week season starting on April 26, 2014 at St. Thomas Seminary on the West Hartford / Bloomfield line. One day a week commitment on Saturdays - practice held before the games!

Open Turret Day at the Military Museum of Southern New England. Once a month the Military Museum of Southern New England opens its doors - literally - to many of our vehicles! Explore the tanks and armored vehicles that were active in our nation's conflicts and experience what it's like to pilot history.

Kids Night Out at the New Britain Yourh Museum at Hungerford Park Your kids will have a fun night at the New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park! Kids Night Out includes a delicious dinner, yummy snacks, animal encounters, crafts and MORE! Pre Registration is Required.

Militia Day at the Welles Shipman Ward House in South Glastonbury! at The Historical Society of Glastonbury. Step back in time to watch as our 5th Connecticut Regiment militia unit drills at the Welle-Shipman-Ward House. There will be a soldier's tent to explore, period flags, hands on activities like kite flying, and MORE!

Pancakes with the Penguins! at the Mystic Aquarium! Bring your family to Mystic Aquarium to enjoy a delicious Pancake Breakfast! Enjoy breakfast on its own, or add on a visit with the creatures at the aquarium. Either way, it'll be a treat! Proceeds benefit the Mystic Lions Club.

March for Babies with the March of Dimes at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven! When you March for Babies, you give hope to babies born too soon each year. The money you raise supports programs that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies and funds research to find answers to the problems that threaten our babies.

Chocolate World Expo at the Connecticut Science Center! Enjoy a different chocolaty treat with every step throughout the CT Science Center. Taste chocolates, baked goods, gelato and much more. All of these delicious items will be available for purchase!

Open House at St. Gabriel School - Windsor St. Gabriel School is now accepting registration for elementary school grades K-5 and middle school grades 6-8 for the 2014/2015 academic school year. Visit our school on Sunday, April 27th from 12-2 pm for our Open House to learn more.
