  Northern Connecticut Vegetarian invites you to its Potluck.  LisaMarie Tersigni, President of Inspiring Health Solutions, will talk on “Energetic Powerful You Extinguishing The Flame Of Disease – Nourishing Your Body, Mind & Spirit For A Lifetme Of Great Health & Happiness.”  She is a Holistic Health Counselor and Reiki Master/Teacher with over 25 years experience in the health care industry.  LisaMarie is making a special trip to us and traveling about 125 miles to speak at NCVS.  For the Potluck, bring a healthy vegan dish to share along with a list of its ingredients and your recipe.  Vegan food has no animal ingredients (zero  honey, dairy, eggs, meat, and fish).  Please bring your place setting (plate, cup, and utensils).
