ZOMG! Han Solo Carbonite iPhone Case, Windsor Locks Town Meeting, Police Commission

Here are five things going on in the area today.

Good morning, Windsor Locks and East Windsor! Today is Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013; there are 308 days left in the year.

Folks, as a journalist, my objectivity is supposed to be unassailable.

1. The Windsor Locks Board of Selectmen is hosting the annual town meeting at 7:30 p.m.

2. The East Windsor Planning and Zoning work session has been canceled.

3. The Windsor Locks police commission has a special meeting scheduled for 7:30 a.m.

4. The Windsor Locks conservation commission's monthly meeting is tonight at 7 p.m.

5. ACTIVE fitness classes in Enfield all day.

Representative Davis is a smart young man. He obviously gets it, which certainly isn't thatRead More difficult. Unfortunately, the large majority of Democrats don't get it, and they are ruining our state. Take note David Kiner, Chris Davis has a clue, he gets it! As Mr. Davis has suggested, we are a ticking time bomb and unless we correct this spending and borrowing problem NOW we are absolutely doomed. We are on the same path places like Detroit have gone down and, as I'm sure you are all aware, that city is a wasteland. Since the Democrats have displayed an inability to do what is right for our state, each and every one of them needs to be voted out of office and replaced by leaders with a sense of fiscal discipline. Leaders that will spend OUR money with care. The future of our state, for ourselves and our children, depends on it!
