State police have issued a Silver Alert for a teenager who has run away several times within the last month and a half.
Melvin Rivera, 17, of East Windsor, was last seen on Friday evening wearing a black hair wig, a plaid shirt, black tights, and high heels, according to the Hartford Courant.
Rivera is 5'4'', and weighs about 120 lbs., with brown hair, and brown eyes, the Courant said.
“As far as we know, that alert is still active,” a state trooper said Saturday.. “Anyone with information should contact state police Troop H” at 860-534-1000.
