Congratulations to Jennifer Weinz Hoyt of Windsor Locks for winning the Homecoming Pictures contest.
This picture of Windsor Locks High School Class of 2014 and their Olympics Theme costumes, decorations and float in this past weekend’s Homecoming parade.
Hoyt will receive a bundle of Patch swag for winning the contest. She submitted a total of nine pictures to the contest, which showed students throughout the festivities.
