The First National Bank of Suffield promotes LeBlanc and Balboni

Nancy Viggiano, President and Chief Executive Officer of The First National Bank of Suffield, is pleased to announce the promotion of Carrie LeBlanc of Windsor to Senior Vice President of Operations and Information Technology and Denise Balboni of Windsor Locks to Vice President of Residential Lending and Branch Administration.

Ms. LeBlanc has served the Bank for 27 years. She began in the Bookkeeping area and subsequently became manager of Deposit Operations. She currently oversees the Bank’s Operations and Information Technology areas.

Ms. LeBlanc is a 2003 graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College. In 2012, the Connecticut Bankers Association and Connecticut Banking magazine named Ms. LeBlanc as one of its New Leaders in Banking. Ms. LeBlanc lives in Windsor with her husband.

Ms Balboni has more than 25 years of banking experience, including ten years with the Bank. She managed the Bank’s Windsor Locks office for nine years before joining the home office staff in 2013.

Ms. Balboni, who lives in Windsor Locks with her husband, has served on several boards and committees in her hometown. She currently serves as the Windsor Locks Town Treasurer and is a member of the Water Pollution Control Authority.
