Sheraton Hartford Hotel Honored at Leadership Conference with Award for Guest Satisfaction

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT (February 25, 2014) --- The team at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT was honored with the “Whatever it Takes” award for guest satisfaction during Waterford Hotel Group’s recent Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Celebration, held at the Marriott Hartford Downtown in Hartford, CT.

The 2-day conference, attended by Waterford Hotel Group representatives and 55 managers from properties in the company’s portfolio, provided attendees the opportunity to share ideas, set goals, and foster the team spirit that are the hallmarks of Waterford’s consistently high performing properties. The Sheraton Hartford team was recognized as the “Whatever it Takes” winner during an awards ceremony held to recognize the company’s top performers from 2013.
