Our Maintenance Programs will protect your valuable investment. Service offered include preventive maintenance programs, expert leak detection and repair, roof inspection, troubleshooting and snow and ice removal. We have technicians solely dedicated to repair, maintenance and on-call emergency services. The maintenance programs may include: semi-annual inspections, cleaning/clearing of roof drainage systems, inspection of all flashing, inspection of all roof surfaces, inspection of all areas surrounding any rooftop unit and comprehensive roof condition recommendations.
