Southwest Announces New Flight To Fort Myers From Bradley

The seasonal service will have daily non-stop flights.

 
Starting in February, Southwest Airlines will start seasonal nonstop service between Bradley International Airport and Fort Myers, Fla. The service will begin Feb. 12, 2012 and operate daily through April 9, 2012.

“Following up on our new service offerings to San Juan and West Palm Beach, we believe that this additional warm weather destination will be another popular one for our customers, especially during the upcoming New England winter season,” said Airport Administrator Eric N. Waldron, A.A.E., ACE. “We are confident that this new seasonal service will be successful and the state will continue to work with our airline partners to offer a diversity of travel options to Connecticut and the surrounding region.”

The daily departing flight will leave Bradley at 7:35 a.m. and arrive in Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) at 11 a.m. The return flight will depart RSW at 7:25 p.m. and arrive in Bradley at 10:25 p.m.
