New branch to have grand opening in September.

Windsor Federal Savings will open a brand new location in East Windsor this September, the bank recently announced.
The full service branch will offer a complete array of banking services to meet the needs of both residential and commercial customers, and will be staffed by experienced Windsor Federal team members.
