The King’s Singers - Streets of London

The Windsor Locks Youth Services Bureau has partnered with the Jorgensen Outreach for Youth program at UConn to form the Joy Program, which offers a variety of free tickets to shows for Windsor Locks youth and their families.

One such show is The King's Singers - Streets of London.

One of the world's most celebrated a cappella groups, the Grammy®-winning King's Singers champion the work of both young and established composers, yet remain consummate entertainers, a class-act with a delightfully British wit. From Gesualdo and György Ligeti to Michael Bublé, The King's Singers are instantly recognizable for their spot-on intonation, their impeccable vocal blend, their exact articulation of the text and their incisive timing. "With a flawless blend and a balance of playful showmanship and sophisticated musicality that is, if anything, even more impressive live than on their many award-winning discs, the six-piece ensemble are superstars to a man," says Alexandra Coghlan of The Arts Desk.
