Sen. John A. Kissel Marks Windsor Locks Senior Center's 35th Anniversary

Sen. John A. Kissel (at podium) on Oct. 23 joined state and local officials in celebrating the Windsor Locks Senior Center’s 35th anniversary. 

“It was a wonderful evening of reminiscing and visiting with friends,” Sen. Kissel said.  “The Senior Center continues to provide an environment which enhances the quality of life for all senior citizens of Windsor Locks. May the next 35 years be equally as successful!”

The Senior Center provides services and programs that provide opportunities for socialization, recreation and health educations, as well as cultural and intellectual stimulation.
