CTVV Visits with House of Bread and Food Share

We all are acutely aware of the consumption needs of our CT communities especially during the holidays and far more than past years due to the impact of the extended period of a high unemployment rate.  However, two facilities have been sustaining individuals and families for on a 365 basis for many years.

Susan Regan, host of CTVV recently interviewed Sister Theresa at the House of Bread in Hartford and Mark Cherrington, Director of Communications at Foodshare in Bloomfield to investigate the status of those residents of our State who need supplementary assistance particularly in this economy.
