The has appointed Gregory J. Hayes of United Technologies Corporation and Hamilton Sundstrand to its board of directors.
Since September of 2008, Hayes has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for United Technologies Corporation and has been employed with the company since 1989. Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Hayes served as the Director of Financial Planning & Controller of Aerospace at Hamilton Sundstrand and as Vice President of Finance at Sundstrand Aerospace at United Technologies Corporation.
Hayes received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Purdue University in 1982 and is a certified public accountant.
