Annual Torch Light Parade & Tree Lighting Ceremony

Parade line-up begins at 6:00 p.m. at Noden Reed Park, 58 West Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096
Parade will proceed to the Windsor Locks Town Hall, 50 Church Street, Windsor Locks, CT 06096.
The Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place immediately following the Parade at the Windsor Locks Town Hall.
Entertainment & Free refreshments and Santa visits.
Everyone is welcome to march in the Parade & show their Holiday spirit by decorating themselves, a car or a float.
