Among the things to do today: a parachute drop at the New England Air Museum and a pirate day at the South Windsor Public Library.

Here’s some things of note for today:

It’s a good week to drop objects at the New England Air Museum, which has a parachute drop today.

Pirates and Buried Treasure at the South Windsor Public Library on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Volunteers will be stationed around the room to help younger children make a pirate hat, an eye patch, learn how to speak like a pirate and find some buried treasure. Kids, I am not missing that.
