The Windsor Locks Board of Finance will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of to hear appeals of the proposed 2012-13 budget.


The East Windsor Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. in , 11 Rye Street. The board will be discussing the proposed 2012-13 budget.

An East Windsor special town meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in . The meeting will consider and discuss spending $2.3 million on a proposed . Meeting participants will vote whether to send the question to a referendum vote on April 11.
