Tonight’s menu includes: “Babies born addicted to prescription painkillers; incarcerated juveniles; the world's largest radio telescope, currently being built in Chile; excessive noise in tennis; behind the scenes of Macy's Fourth of July fireworks extravaganza.” Personally, I am onboard with the out-of-control grunting in tennis. I mean, really?

The Choice, 9 p.m., Fox

I adore Cat Deeley. Worship and adore. But I am starting to not love her … because of this disgraceful piece of garbage (that I admittedly cannot stop watching; but that doesn’t make it right!). “Reality-TV star Rob Kardashian, comic Finesse Mitchell, professional football player Rob Gronkowski and Olympic gold-medalist Steven Lopez look for love.”

“Military men and women compete, facing obstacles including Private Bee-jamin, Drill Sergeant and Hangover.” I can’t imagine this would be difficult for any of them.
